If you’d rather not take a suite, we’d choose a Panoramic Bund View Room, the largest of the rooms, with the widest view along the Bund. Every room and suite comes with the St. Regis butlers.
The suite we’d choose is the John Jacob Astor Bund View Suite, the highlight of seven suites newly redone in the spirit of a Parisian artist’s studio, hung with three works by the painter Zhang Tianjun. For more room, the Caroline Astor Suite also faces the Bund, and the Metropolitan Suite, looking to the Pearl Tower, can connect to a neighbouring room for a family.
