If you’d rather not take a suite, we’d choose a Fireside Mountain View room on the ground floor, whose patio has a private firepit facing the mountains. For more privacy, the Fireside Casita in the Casita Village has a living room with a sofa bed, a king bedroom with a fireplace, and a terrace with a firepit for the sunsets.
With children, we’d book the Two Bedroom Casita, with two and a half bathrooms and a living area with a fireplace. The Golf Casita has the largest living space of the casitas, with a dining table for eight, and connects to a room with two queen beds. In the main building, the Canyon Suite has two bathrooms and four balconies over the canyon.

Beautiful location, great hiking, wonderful facilities and food. Definitely a destination stay. While there are lots of possibilities for day trips out, there is plenty to do on site and just relax.
