Our guests stay in the Heritage Wing, in a Heritage Room, and some take one of its junior suites.
Our team recommends
Every room in the Heritage Wing has its own steam sauna, and the hotel counts them as junior suites. Request a Heritage Room (with Balcony), on the sixth to ninth floors, for a wide balcony over the gardens. In the Prestige Tower, a Prestige Corner looks out to the Imperial Palace and Azabudai Hills.
For a true suite, we’d single out the Heritage Suite, on a corner of the wing, with a window-lined living room and, on the seventh to ninth floors, a balcony. High in the tower, a Corner Suite looks over the city on two sides and comes with Club Lounge access. For a family, the hotel can connect a suite to a regular room.

I stayed in the Heritage Wing this time, and it’s amazing and has a boutique feel. Heritage rooms are bigger and better designed, in my opinion, and all have steam rooms. Staff are all super well trained. Close to flawless if you want a luxury Japanese experience.
