From our guests
Most of our guests stay in a Fairmont Room, with one queen or one king bed. Some take a Fairmont Gold room with a king bed.
Our team recommends
Short of a suite, we’d choose the Signature Room 1 King, a corner room with a sitting area apart from the bed and a sofa bed. The Junior Suite is one larger room with a sitting area, and the One Bedroom Suite adds a separate parlour with a sofa bed, which suits a family. The larger named suites come with Fairmont Gold and its private lounge for breakfast and evening canapés.
The suite we’d choose is the Heritage Suite, with a foyer, a dining area, a fireplace in the living room and a guest bathroom, in the ornate style of the hotel’s early years. For an occasion, request the Royal Suite, where Queen Elizabeth II stayed in 1990, with a dining room that seats six.
