Our guests stay in a Fairmont Lakeview room or a Deluxe Mount Temple room. Others take a Fairmont King.
Our team recommends
Lakeview rooms vary a lot in size here. If a room is enough, choose a Deluxe Lakeview King, about 370 square feet against 230 for a Fairmont Lakeview, with the same view across Lake Louise to the Victoria Glacier. The Junior Suites are one open room with a sitting area, so for a separate living room choose the 1 Bedroom Lakeview Suite.
The suites we’d single out are the split-level signature suites with Fairmont Gold: the Belvedere Suite and the Glacier Suite each have a terrace facing the lake and the glacier, and two bathrooms. Families do well in the Two Bedroom Lakeview Suite, with a king in one bedroom and two queens in the other. For a larger living room, the Marquis de Lorne Suite has floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake.
